Is there any benefit to being in the Sup reserves to re-joining the forces?

I have my training including basic to Phase 3(Officer)

I understand that as per the DAOD on the subject the CFRC handles all my requests but I'm trying to gain any and all information IRT re-joining as a regF member.

Prior I was in PRes and have no time as a RegF member
