Just heard from an MP I had worked with that the trade was closed to all applicants. Is any one able to confirm this?

I thought it was open to 'SVOTP only' (the last round of SVOTP, which I can't say for sure is still open or not). I can take a look tomorrow if no MPs chime in.

MPs are at currently full at the corporal level, and with at least 4 courses in the pipeline still to go, so roughly another 90 freshly minted corporals over the next while.

I called the BPSO's office on Thursday and was told MP is open to SVOTP only. I'll see if that changes by the time I get my interview, some time in Feb I imagine.
