My friend told me that for his physical test, he didn't run 2.4 km. They made him and others do a step test and measure his pulse. Also, they were required to do 23 situps, not 29.

Might I suggest you contemplate the probablity that between your own lack of accurate prior knowledge and your friend's (perhaps unintentional) misinformation, compounded by a lack of research on this site, that you might owe 48th regulator an apology for your attitude.
